Personal data we collect
- Website visitors: name, phone, email, company and reason for contact.
- Platform users: full name, tax address, phone, email and property information (cadastral code, property type, maintenance fees and tax information).
- Employees and candidates: name, date of birth, nationality, address, phone, email, education history and, for employees, bank accounts.
- Suppliers: name, nationality, address, phone, email, social media and bank accounts.
- Vehicles (access control platforms): Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), license plates and, where applicable, make, model and year.
Purposes of processing
Primary purposes: providing, maintaining and improving our services; responding to information and meeting requests; vehicle identity verification, facility access control and entry/exit logging; and technical and administrative communications.
Secondary purposes: internal statistics, operational improvements and information about our products and services, subject to prior consent.

Your data may be shared with competent authorities that require it, affiliated companies and contracted service providers, who assume the same confidentiality obligations set out in this notice.
Technology and security
This website only uses technical cookies required for the security of the meeting form. Communication with the site is encrypted with SSL/TLS and information is protected with administrative, technical and physical safeguards. In our vehicle control platforms, RFID is used solely for access control, with no geolocation outside the facilities.
